On Pitch Partners for Pocklington Town FC

Ian Fletcher & Jonathan Hill Pocklington Town Football Club is delighted to announce that Rolawn, Europe’s largest producer of cultivated turf, will sponsor Pocklington U19’s Academy as part of their youth development programme. The role of the U19’s within the wider club is to bridge the gap between junior and senior football and continue their ethos for the development of grass roots football, and playing a larger role within the local community. As a direct result of Rolawn’s sponsorship, Pocklington Town FC will now benefit from enhanced playing conditions, as Rolawn will act as advisors to the club over pitch maintenance and improvements for the next 4 years. Rolawn will also use their experience in growing Britain’s finest turf to support the Pocklington Town grounds man, James Drewery and undertake some of the on pitch works.
